Hey there, I'm Jacky!
I've been a Product Designer for over 5 years, working across enterprise B2B SaaS, AI and LLM-driven experiences, eCommerce, nonprofits, and more.
Most recently, I was Lead UX/UI Designer at ClearBlade, joining as the company's founding designer. I built our full UX research and design practice from scratch, mentored junior designers, and led dozens of 0-to-1 projects for major Fortune 100 operations teams.
Currently, I'm advancing my AI design-to-code workflows to build custom app solutions for private clients.
I also have a multidisciplinary background that continues to inform my design work today: I've conducted research in developmental psychology and clinical labs, I have my Bachelor's in Neuroscience, I've been designing and illustrating since childhood, and I've developed a passion for accessibility and education from working with special needs individuals.

Taekwondo
I've been training Taekwondo for 3 years now, and currently have my red-black belt (just one level below a black belt!). Taekwondo has many core principles that I try to apply in my design practice:
Humility - A good Product Designer must be humble. After all, the design is for the users–not me!
Integrity - I have a responsibility to do right by all of my users.

Japan – We visited Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima
Uganda – I was a bridesmaid in my friend's wedding there.
Mexico – I explored Mexico City and much more.
And many national parks and cities across the U.S.!
